A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
- You will be working Saturday & Sunday 7am-12am - 10 Hours per week
- Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, to breakfast, making their first impression unforgettable.
- Answer any guest queries regarding allergens, product info etc.
- Make sure the buffet breakfast is kept clean at all teams and fully stocked.
- Lead, Communicate and liaise with the breakfast team/Duty Manager.
- Clean down the restaurant and re-set for evening service.
- General cleaning duties in line with the breakfast cleaning schedule.
- Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests’ stays memorable.
