The housekeeper will promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, friendly, and able to address problems or special requests. The Housekeeper must understand his/her role as brand ambassador and provide positive brand experiences to all customers.

DUTIES:
- Clean a set amount of guest bedrooms / public areas according to required standards
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all chemicals and cleaning products, and the correct handling procedures
- Respond to guests and staff inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensure all lost property items are handled in line with company policy
- Ensure all maintenance and safety hazards are promptly reported to the Supervisor/Manager to minimize hazard risk
- Take personal responsibility for equipment, ensuring it is operated correctly and secure at all times
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Perform laundry tasks when necessary, including collecting, sorting, and transporting laundry at the beginning of each shift
- Stock linen supply room with clean linens for use for the next day if required
- Perform Linen Porter duties if required
- Perform additional tasks as directed by Housekeeping supervisor
