A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COOK AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing:
- Take on basic preparing, cooking of meals and serving to guests.
- Clear tables and pot wash.
- Keep an organised kitchen and monitor stock levels.
- Participate in regular cleaning duties to ensure all equipment and surfaces are kept spotless.
- Quickly learn and adapt to kitchen procedures and be responsible.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards rigorously.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Genuine interest in cooking and being responsible in a Hotel kitchen.
- Experience in cooking and preparing meals is a MUST.
- Understanding of basic food prep techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and food safety.
