The role involves helping to keep facilities in good operating condition to aid the smooth running of the hotels. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Maintenance Assistant responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of all maintenance requirements across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs and renovations.
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.
- Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
- Responding to maintenance emergencies.
