Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Castle Bromwich are offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Guest Service Assistant to join our close-knit Nights Team.
Your overall responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and security of guests and property, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside our experienced Nights Team
- Breakfast Preparation in line with current SOPs & Food Hygiene Guidelines
- Handling any Guest Complaints or Emergencies promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest and in line with hotel policies.
- Assisting with Administrative Tasks such as preparing reports & running Night Audits
- Completing nightly Cleaning Tasks
- Following our Award Winning, International Brand Standards
- Work Closely with our 24-hour on-site Security Team
Requirements & Desirable Attributes
To join our excellent & highly experienced team, we recommend the following requirements are met.
- Hotel Experience (ideally on Nights, but this is not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Knowledge
- of HotelKey PMS (not essential, training will be provided)
- Basic computer skills
