About the role:

An exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our team. Youll have 91 bedrooms, 6 meeting rooms with capacity for up to 300, our restaurant and open lobby/bar. Whats more, our Active Life leisure club is currently undergoing refurbishment, and youll have the opportunity to drive membership (currently 1300 members), guest experience and commercial success!

Our General Managers are supported and empowered to take responsibility for every aspect of their hotel team engagement, the service that wows their guests and the engine that drives commercial success. They also:

  • Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
  • Strive for operational excellence in everything they do.
  • Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.
  • Embed and bring to life our tools relating to but not limited to Operations, Health & Safety, HR & Training, Sales, Marketing and Revenue.

About you:
