- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
- Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift
- Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
- Provide general overnight support to hotel departments
- Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required
- Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
- Serve food and beverages to guests during the night
- Check guests in and out when required
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, following hotel procedures
- Complete basic reports and handover notes for management
We're looking for a dependable and motivated Night Team Member to support hotel operations overnight and help ensure guests feel safe, comfortable, and well supported during the night shift. - Is reliable, responsible, and calm, especially during overnight hours
- Enjoys helping guests feel safe and reassured
- Is comfortable working independently while following clear procedures
- Takes pride in keeping environments tidy, secure, and well organised
- Has previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security (helpful but not essential)
