We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Night Team Member to support hotel operations overnight and help ensure guests feel safe, comfortable, and well supported during the night shift.
This role is ideal for someone calm, reliable, and practical—who understands that reassurance, routine, and quiet efficiency are essential to a positive overnight guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
- Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift
- Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
- Provide general overnight support to hotel departments
- Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required
- Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
- Serve food and beverages to guests during the night
- Check guests in and out when required
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, following hotel procedures
- Complete basic reports and handover notes for management
