The role

We’re looking for a Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead and inspire our team of Line Chefs, helping deliver outstanding food and exceptional guest experiences. Other businesses may call this role Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager. The role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Showcase your skills with the creation of daily specials to delight our guests.
  • Review guest feedback to drive improvements and create outstanding dining experiences.
  • Support the Kitchen Manager with kitchen administration, supplier relationships, and third-party contractors.
  • Control costs and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Work closely with hotel leaders to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
