Kew Green Hotels is recruiting a Guest Service Assistant in Birmingham to work across reception, restaurant, bar and events. You’ll receive full training to cover all guest-facing areas, making this the perfect start to a career in hospitality.

This role reports to the Guest Service Manager and offers development through our internal programmes. If you’re friendly, motivated and enjoy making guests’ day, this could be the role for you.
