The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager plans, organizes and directs the overall Food and Beverage operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet, and is responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
You have good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service.
Ensure clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager.
