The Role
By joining our team you’ll:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to refine and prioritise backlogs, balancing value delivery with quality, sustainability and technical health
- Coach teams to use adaptive processes that support frequent inspection, learning and improvement
- Ensure agile events are purposeful, effective and continually improved to achieve their intended outcomes
- Use delivery metrics to visualise pace, identify trends and guide teams towards greater predictability and sustainable delivery
- Encourage healthy work‑in‑progress limits and steady flow to support long‑term delivery at a sustainable pace
- Build strong relationships across delivery, product and engineering to enable collaboration and constructive challenge
What you can bring to our team:
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (specifically Scrum) and the ability to enable teams to adopt them successfully
- Experience coaching delivery teams to improve flow, predictability and value delivery
- Experience facilitating team agile events, with clear intent and outcomes
- An understanding of delivery metrics
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to influence Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with engineering practices and the ability to engage teams in conversations about quality, technical constraints and improvement opportunities
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a commitment to creating open, safe and constructive team environments
