The Role: By joining our team you’ll:
- Define and own the product vision and strategy setting a clear long‑term direction aligned with our company goals.
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Area Product Owners coaching and supporting them to deliver excellence in product management.
- Own the highest‑level backlog making the final prioritisation and trade‑off decisions across multiple requirement areas.
- Set, track and communicate product KPIs ensuring clarity on what success looks like and accountability for achieving it together.
- Partner closely with the Product Director and Executive team connecting product strategy to overall business outcomes.
- Represent Holiday Extras externally engaging with key customers, strategic partners and industry stakeholders.
- Be accountable for product growth and KPIs ensuring our products continually evolve to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional business results.
- Shape and scale product leadership at Holiday Extras influencing not only what we build but how we build it.
- Expect a collaborative fast‑paced environment where autonomy, experimentation and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do.
Requirements: What you can bring to our team:
- Significant experience in product management with proven success leading at scale.
- Demonstrated experience owning strategy and outcomes for complex products spanning multiple teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing senior product leaders.
- A track record of defining and measuring success through actionable data‑driven KPIs that connect customer value to business growth.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and technical enablers.
- Excellent at building relationships and managing stakeholders at executive and external partner levels.
- Skilled in portfolio and product alignment connecting strategy to business outcomes.
- Ability to balance long‑term strategic direction with short‑term operational delivery.
- Deep expertise in product strategy lifecycle management and scaling practices.
- Experience building scalable processes, platforms and teams for business growth.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity supporting your team through it and ensuring delivery momentum.
