We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly individual to join our team as Holiday Sales Advisor / Receptionist. This role is perfect if you enjoy working in a lively environment and want flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, owners, and locals with a friendly and professional approach.
- Handle bookings, amendments, and enquiries efficiently using our internal systems.
- Communicate clearly with customers via email, phone, and in person.
- Liaise with housekeeping and park wardens to ensure smooth check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Assist with sales by offering extras, upgrades, or additional nights where appropriate.
- Manage owner bookings, group bookings, and seasonal touring bookings.
- Operate internal systems to process payments, owner requests, gas orders, swimming tickets, and other transactions.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uphold our park’s 5‑star service expectations.
- Support with admin tasks and ad‑hoc duties to keep the park running smoothly.

Reporting To: Bookings Manager
