Location: Silverdale Holiday Park, Lancashire/Cumbria Border

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Full-time, including weekends and bank holidays

Role Overview

As a Cleaning Couple, you\'ll be integral to our site team, ensuring that our accommodations and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a dynamic duo capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Maintenance: Regular cleaning of on-park facilities, including restrooms, communal areas, and leisure amenities and external areas.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all accommodations have accurate inventories and are stocked with necessary amenities.
  • Safety Checks: Inspect appliances and safety equipment (e.g., smoke detectors, fire extinguishers) during each clean, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Guest Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and ensuring a pleasant stay.
  • Lost Property: Handle and report any lost property items in accordance with company procedures.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to COSHH regulations, risk assessments, and health & safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the park.
