We’re looking for hardworking, friendly, and enthusiastic Seasonal Park Wardens to join our close-knit team at Bay View Holiday Park. This is a live-in seasonal role with on-site accommodation provided — ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting people, and taking pride in maintaining a beautiful environment for guests.

The Details

Position: Seasonal Park Wardens

Hours: 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays

Salary: £22,390 per person

Accommodation: On-site accommodation provided

Location: Bay View Holiday Park, A6 Main Road, Bolton-le-Sands, Carnforth LA5 9TN

Reporting to: Park Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Park Warden, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained holiday environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining touring facilities and holiday accommodation to the highest standards
• Welcoming guests and seasonal touring customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Supporting reception duties, including bookings, guest arrivals, emails, telephone enquiries, and administrative tasks
• Carrying out on-call duties, including security checks, alarm call-outs, and site inspections outside normal working hours
• Inspecting touring units and awnings during adverse weather conditions and reporting any damage
• Managing and resolving customer issues or complaints professionally and efficiently
• Performing general grounds and maintenance work including landscaping, mowing, edging, and weeding
• Operating machinery such as mowers and strimmers following Health & Safety procedures
• Promoting park facilities, products, and activities to guests
• Delivering gas bottles safely and maintaining accurate records

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach

Desirable

• Previous experience working as a Holiday Park Warden or within the holiday park industry
