We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our Bay View team on a seasonal basis over the summer period. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the North West’s leading family-owned holiday park groups, helping to create and maintain safe, clean, and welcoming outdoor environments for our guests.

This seasonal role is also a great way to gain hands-on experience in grounds maintenance and develop practical skills for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a wide range of general grounds maintenance duties, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, and leaf clearance, ensuring the park is consistently presented to a high standard.
  • Maintain gardens, pathways, pitches, woodlands, and communal areas to ensure they are clean, safe, tidy, and visually appealing for guests at all times.
  • Support the upkeep and improvement of park facilities through a variety of tasks, including minor repairs, painting, fencing, and general maintenance work.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of outdoor spaces such as pitches, patios, decking, and walkways, helping to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Safely operate, maintain, and care for grounds maintenance tools, machinery, and equipment, ensuring they are used correctly and kept in good working order.
  • Carry out regular inspections of grounds and outdoor areas, promptly identifying and reporting any defects, hazards, or maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company standards, policies, and health and safety procedures, always maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team, supporting with additional ad-hoc duties as required to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day park operations.
