We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team at our Tideswell office, working Monday to Friday. The Office Administrator role will provide general administrative support across the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with relevant information.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, forms, and correspondence as required.
  • Respond to internal requests by providing information, administrative support, or directing queries to the appropriate team.
  • Gather and organise information requested by colleagues or other departments.
  • Arrange deliveries, appointments, or internal requests and keep colleagues updated on progress.
  • Coordinate updates to documents or files and ensure the latest versions are shared internally.
  • Assist with organising meetings, including preparing paperwork, scheduling, and supporting follow-up actions.
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams, including filing, data entry, and document processing.
  • Produce and send out standard company forms and liaise with relevant departments to ensure completion.
  • Support colleagues by helping prepare materials for internal communications, newsletters, or promotional documents.
  • Check documents for accuracy, including basic data, dates, and formatting.
  • Assist the wider team with administrative requests, including those from field‑based staff.
  • Prepare and file agreements or paperwork and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.
  • Assist with gathering information for tenders, reports, or internal projects.
  • Log updates or changes within internal systems to ensure records remain accurate.
  • Coordinate requests from colleagues and external contacts, including arranging materials or information.
  • Send documents, reports, or specifications to internal teams when required.
  • Support meeting administration by preparing agendas, taking minutes, greeting visitors, and arranging refreshments.
  • Generate reports or information from internal systems to support team meetings.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, shared spreadsheets, and distribution groups.
  • Book travel and accommodation when required.
  • Assist with internal newsletter compilation and general communication tasks.
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department.
