As we continue to grow, we are seeking an additional dynamic, results-driven, and service-led National Account Manager to strengthen our team. This role is crucial in managing and expanding relationships with key customers across the UK, ensuring that we continue to deliver excellence in everything we do.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of national accounts, primarily based in the North/Midlands, while also seeking new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, driving long-term partnerships.
- Take full ownership of P&L and commercial negotiations, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Lead range reviews and promotional activity with support from marketing and procurement.
- Drive proactive sales management, ensuring budgets and targets are met.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our reach within the hospitality sector.
- Work closely with our procurement and stock teams to maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet key performance indicators.
