We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team at our Tideswell office, working Monday to Friday. The Office Administrator role will provide general administrative support across the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with relevant information.
- Prepare and distribute documents, forms, and correspondence as required.
- Respond to internal requests by providing information, administrative support, or directing queries to the appropriate team.
- Gather and organise information requested by colleagues or other departments.
- Arrange deliveries, appointments, or internal requests and keep colleagues updated on progress.
- Coordinate updates to documents or files and ensure the latest versions are shared internally.
- Assist with organising meetings, including preparing paperwork, scheduling, and supporting follow-up actions.
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams, including filing, data entry, and document processing.
- Produce and send out standard company forms and liaise with relevant departments to ensure completion.
- Support colleagues by helping prepare materials for internal communications, newsletters, or promotional documents.
