We are looking for an experienced and reliable Romanian-speaking Support Worker to support an adult male in the community following a road traffic accident resulting in orthopaedic injury. This role involves supporting the client to attend appointments, access the community safely, and regain confidence and independence during recovery. The ability to speak Romanian is essential in order to support effective communication and build rapport.

The role will include:

  • Supporting the client to attend hospital, medical, therapy, and rehabilitation appointments
  • Assisting with safe community access and travel
  • Providing practical and emotional support during outings and appointments
  • Supporting with day-to-day structure, routine, and community engagement
  • Monitoring pain, fatigue, mobility, and general wellbeing during activities
  • Encouraging independence while providing support where needed

The ideal candidate will have:
