Utilising the latest equipment and technology they have an enviable reputation in the engineering sector, manufacturing to the highest quality. They employ around 90 staff at the site in King's Lynn and have a dynamic and friendly culture within the company. Due to continued success and expansion a new role has been created for a Service and Parts Manager. This position leads and manages the development and implementation of a service and parts department. The role will optimize product life-cycle and enhance customer satisfaction overseeing the entire service and parts life-cycle, from product release, development to after-market support and field service operations. We are looking for an experienced service and parts manager with strong technical knowledge, team management and who is proficient with relevant software tools.
