Our client is a very successful, UK top 50, long established, regional, professional services company with many offices across East Anglia. The company employs over 350 talented people and provides a rivalled advisory service covering everything their clients need. Due to continued success, a Learning and Development Advisor is required to join the sizeable Human Resources Team in the Norwich office. Supporting the Talent and Development Manager, you will oversee the company's training and development service including in-house soft-skill development and overseeing all systems, processes and procedures in the training and development space.
Person Specification:
- Working knowledge of key learning and development processes and initiatives, in a similar role
- Experience in the design and creation of e-learning using an e-learning authoring tool or a willingness to attend training in order to become proficient
- Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide range of learning and development related inquiries
- Ability to work with stakeholders across the business
- Ability to analyse performance data to create training objectives
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
