Our client is a very successful, unique, international engineering company who manufacture bespoke machinery for a large portfolio of customers throughout the UK. The operation in Thetford employs 80 dedicated and loyal staff and the company is riding high at the moment with an annual turnover of over 20 million pounds per year. Due to continued growth, a MIG Welder/Sheet Metal Worker is required to join the excellent Sheet Metal team of 5 to work on interesting, bespoke projects.

The role is varied and includes the following responsibilities:

  • Mig welding mild steel
  • Working from drawings
  • Drilling
  • Grinding
  • Plasma Cutting
  • Guillotine

We require a Mig Welder (mild steel), who also has experience with various hand tools.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm

Salary to suit experience, overtime, and pension available.
