Our client is a leading international, specialist food and agri related manufacturer with production plants all over the world. This successful and very profitable company has 4 sites in the UK, employing a sizeable, dynamic workforce enabling them to provide excellent career and advancement opportunities. The site based in the Manningtree area requires a Production Operative to join the production team of 25.
The role requires the operation of plant equipment to optimum levels of performance to deliver the production schedule taking necessary actions as required to maintain product quality. You will maintain production areas to the required level of hygiene standards and work closely with the engineering department to report faults. The ideal candidate will have experience operating factory machinery in a production/process environment.
- Monday to Friday (Apply online only), 1400 to 2200, 2200 to 0600
- Salary to suit experience
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holiday
- Pension Scheme - employer contribution set at 5%, employee contribution 4% minimum (uncapped employee contribution)
