Our client is a thriving, very successful, specialist food related manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer.

This privately owned, family business employing around 30 loyal, dedicated and friendly staff has been operating for over 35 years consistently producing a high quality product range from their manufacturing operation in the Fakenham area.

Due to continued growth and success a part-time, QA Officer is required to work closely with the Owner to provide the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities include: Management of the food safety training on site.

Manage HACCP systems and regulatory compliance.

Play an active hand in the HACCP Team to meet Food Safety, Quality, Legality and Customer standards Involvement in Technical + Specification Compliance Host external audits.

We require a motivated QA technician from a food manufacturing background with experience of HACCP systems, Food Hygience and Audits.

Hybrid working, part-time.
