Our client is a national sales, parts and service business with many depots across the country. Employing over 550 staff, the company prides itself on providing excellent service and delivery to many sectors including agriculture, horticulture and construction.
They require an experienced Construction Service Manager to work alongside a strong, motivated team at the depot in Maldon. Reporting directly to the General Service Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Construction service department. You will also be responsible for the organisation and management of the existing service staff, customer relations and departmental profitability, whilst maintaining effective and accurate communication between management, customers and technicians.
