This role suits clinicians from ambulance, urgent care, emergency, community or primary care backgrounds who can assess and manage undifferentiated and acute presentations within their scope, including same-day home visits and remote consultations.
You will work with GPs and the multidisciplinary team to support safe care and help reduce unnecessary hospital admissions.
