What Youll Be Doing:
- Keeping machines running at their best with first-line troubleshooting and interventions
- Carrying out start-up and shutdown checks with precision
- Monitoring live data and performance to help smash daily production targets
- Performing routine maintenance and quality checks
- Spotting and acting on opportunities for process and product improvements
- Playing a key role in waste reduction and sustainability initiatives
- Ensuring everything runs smoothly and reporting any issues swiftly

- Reliability, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A continuous improvement mindset (bonus points for 5S or lean experience!)
