HoldenCopley, established in 2014, has grown to become a leading estate agent with branches in Arnold, Hucknall, West Bridgford, Mapperley, and Long Eaton. HoldenCopley is dedicated to providing outstanding service to clients and maintaining a strong reputation in the real estate industry.
We are seeking a full-time Property Administrator to join our dynamic team at HoldenCopley. This on-site role is based in Arnold, Nottingham and involves being the first point of contact for our clients prior to the property being set live to the market.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with vendors
- Collating ID documentation and contracts
- Writing property descriptions
- Auditing sales files and issuing sales memorandums
- General admin duties
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with vendors
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant property management software and tools is an advantage
- Prior experience in the property industry is an advantage
- High level of professionalism and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
The hours for this role are 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work 1 in every 4 Saturdays 9am to 3pm. When working a Saturday you will have a day in lieu.
