Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Lawyer, located in Horsforth. The Family Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of family law cases including divorce, child custody, and property settlements. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, drafting legal documents, representation in court, and negotiation of settlements. The Family Lawyer will work closely with clients to provide compassionate and effective legal advice and representation.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Family Law and legal procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in client consultation and case management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advocacy and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor\’s degree in Law (LLB) and qualified solicitor status in the UK
  • Experience in related fields such as litigation or wills & probate is advantageous
