An international technology company is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to join their Marketing department and develop their experience across multiple disciplines of B2B sales and marketing. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring contacts are primed for sales campaigns.
- Ensure sales and marketing touchpoints are correctly attributed.
- Leverage AI tools to grow our top-of-funnel contacts and devise the best methods to connect with them.
- Help design and refine repeatable sales processes that drive productivity and scalability.
- Leverage AI and the latest automation tools to supercharge sales outreach and raise awareness among a global audience.
- Support sales and marketing in creating and executing campaigns across digital channels.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM and related tools to ensure smooth integrations across the GTM campaign stack.
- Support daily operational needs, troubleshoot blockers, and implement quick wins to improve team efficiency and accuracy.
- Build insightful reports, dashboards and analytics to measure sales and marketing performance.
- Help sales and marketing leadership make data-driven decisions around GTM strategy.
