Within this well-established accountancy practice based in Harrow, due to continued growth over the last two years, our client is seeking a knowledgeable and quick-learning Cloud Bookkeeper to join their team of 4.

The clientele of the firm includes a range of SMEs, including professional service firms, IT developers, property investors and developers, TV and entertainment, and not-for-profit entities.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounts to trial balance and general bookkeeping, including posting journals.
2. Preparing VAT returns.
3. Performing bank reconciliations and analysis.
4. Client bookkeeping on Xero.
5. Assisting with financial reporting requirements.
6. Client-facing with a client portfolio of £80-120k.
7. Drafting management accounts.
8. Performing basic accounting data entry and maintenance for an exciting portfolio of sole traders and partnerships.
9. Reporting to senior team members and the Outsourcing Manager.

Skills and Experience:

You are AAT/ACCA part qualified or QBE, with a strong Cloud bookkeeping background, including Xero exposure within a practice environment.
