An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and competent Credit Controller to join the Credit Manager's well established credit control team of four in their Bracknell UK Headquarters, with an 'account management' approach in building a relationships to maintaining your ledger. Your responsibilities will be: Achieve overdue recovery targets through a pro-active, structured and methodical approach Contact business customers/clients by phone, email, or mail regarding their accounts and being responsible for ensuring the collection of past due accounts Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of past due balances Ensure barriers to payment are quickly identified and mediated Develop and maintain a successful partnership with customers, sales and other office teams Manage stopped accounts up to litigation Reconciliation and resolution of complex accounts The role entails managing your own complex ledger, chasing payments, maintaining up-to-date CRM information and maintaining strong customer relations. There is the complexity of working on a high value ledger with Key Accounts that would suit a candidate with very high attention to detail, strong relationship building, strong investigative/problem solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
