Job Description
As part of our exciting expansion, the Holden Group is proud to announce the opening of our brand-new Renault dealership at Crimplesham, Downham Market, Norfolk. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team.
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our workshop, retail and trade customers, providing expert advice, efficient service, and accurate parts supply. You’ll play a crucial role in the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring high standards of customer care and stock control.
We are looking for;
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role (automotive experience essential, Renault experience an advantage)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- A passion for the automotive industry and delivering excellent service
- Be part of a forward-thinking, expanding dealer group with exciting growth plans
- Access to manufacturer training with Renault
