Job Description

Our sales department consistently performs in the upper quartile of the Kia network, delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

We are now looking for a dynamic leader who can build on this success, inspire our high performing team, and help drive even greater achievements.

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the entire customer journey, from initial enquiry through to the exciting moment of handover.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and customer-centric sales team, oversee vehicle preparation and delivery processes, and ensure every interaction reflects Kia’s commitment to innovation, inspiring mobility, and outstanding customer care.

This is a role that combines hands on sales leadership with operational excellence, requiring someone who thrives on developing people, delivering results, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing retail sales team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Take an active and visible role in the customer journey, setting the standard for customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that convert enquiries into loyal Kia customers.
  • Inspire a culture of energy, enthusiasm, and retail excellence across the department.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to maximise individual and collective performance.
  • Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless vehicle preparation, handover, and customer aftercare.

Full UK driving licence.
