Your Mission
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for ownership of the customer journey – from enquiry through to the handover of their new car. Reporting into the Centre Manager, you’ll lead a passionate sales team, oversee the preparation and delivery pipeline, and ensure every customer interaction embodies Polestar’s values of innovation, transparency, and sustainability. This is a unique blend of sales leadership and operational coordination, requiring strong people skills, commercial awareness, and precision in process management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Lead and motivate the Polestar retail team to deliver outstanding results, driving both sales performance and an exceptional customer experience.
- Take an active role in the customer journey — greeting visitors, managing key handovers, and ensuring every interaction reflects Polestar’s premium, design-led ethos.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that convert enquiries into confident ownership decisions, aligning with Polestar’s innovation and sustainability values.
- Coach and inspire the team to achieve retail excellence, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and enthusiasm at every stage of the process.
- Analyse performance data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Delivery & Logistics Coordination
- Act as the operational link between Polestar, customers, logistics partners, and internal departments.
- Manage and schedule deliveries, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, workshop, valet, and logistics.
- Liaise with Polestar POD to confirm allocated customers, delivery dates, and progress updates.
- Oversee the logistics and delivery process, ensuring all vehicles are prepared to brand standards — clean, charged, and ready for handover.
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders (Sales Administrator, Aftersales, and Workshop Managers) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Proactively communicate with customers throughout the customer journey, taking ownership of pre and post delivery customer service queries- ensuring customer satisfaction scores are consistently achieved.
- Ensure all documentation and Proof of Delivery (POD) processes are completed accurately.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery operations to support Polestar’s growth and customer satisfaction goals.
