Job Description
The Customer Care team at Holden Group was established in March of 2024 and our aim is to
provide exceptional customer service across all our dealerships. Our dedicated Care Hub on
Woodcock Road is committed to delivering prompt and accurate responses via the phone, email, and
chats. We prioritise work life balance and recognise everyone's needs are unique, and can offer a
40hr, 32hr or 24 hr contract in addition to hybrid working. Join our growing team and be part of

The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion and experience in providing exceptional service through the phones, creating
meaningful conversations with our customers. - The ability to actively listen to our customers to ascertain their needs and find solutions with
composure. - Ensuring that workshop capacity is fully maximised by central service booking procedures
through inbound and outbound prospecting activity. - The drive to deliver simplistic solutions in a caring and focused way, allowing you to find the
best results for the customer. - Experience working cohesively with other departments to provide customers with updates in
a timely fashion. - A desire to achieve and exceed performance goals. Always looking to learn, grow and
improve to ensure that the department delivers results. - Efficient Customer Service: Demonstrated track record of consistently providing high-quality
customer service in a timely manner. - Multitasking and Communication Skills: Comfortable with various communication methods, adept at
multitasking, and able to switch between them. - Upsell Opportunities: Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities to
enhance sales revenue. - Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service,
resulting in positive reviews from satisfied customers.
Please note: a background in automotive is desirable but not essential to do this role.
Main Duties include, but not limited to:
- To be the first point of contact through our phone lines, chat service and emails for booking
enquiries. - To ensure that customers receive the best customer service in line with our company values.
- To proactively contact customers, build and maintain relationships.
- To take ownership of any customer issues and work with the sales/service team to achieve a
positive outcome for the customer and the business. - To investigate and remedy any customer complaints or issues.
