We are looking for someone to join our team which would be office based in running the day-to-day operations of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out specialised and routine administrative tasks.
- Using Intact and other software to organise and control daily orders.
- Adhering to GDPR and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Preparing, compiling and sorting documents for data entry ensuring attention to detail.
- Liaising with drivers and management to ensure all orders are fulfilled and stock levels are maintained.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
- High level of computer competency.
- Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not necessary.
