About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team at Volvo, Stoke-on-Trent. Your role:

  • Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety
  • Liaise confidently with customers regarding technical issues when required
  • Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines
