As a Vehicle Sales & Compliance Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring a profitable and seamless experience for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Profitability & Sales: Drive the profitable operation of the finance and insurance functions by offering our products to customers and identifying opportunities to generate finance sales.
- Compliance: Ensure every transaction is fully compliant by utilising ITC Apex software and adhering to data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR.
- Process Management: Check and approve each vehicle transaction at both the invoicing and handover stages, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by providing thorough explanations of insurance products and building strong customer relationships.
- Financial Strategy: Achieve financial income and penetration targets set by the Group and look for ways to maximise sales and returns to the dealership.
We are seeking a candidate with a keen attention to detail and a desire to meet targets. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a compliance role within the motor retail industry (preferred)
- An understanding of data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR.
