Key Responsibilities
- As a Vehicle Sales Compliance Manager, you are the final gateway for every deal. You will ensure profitability through high-volume telesales while maintaining a bulletproof compliance trail.
- Sales & Penetration: Drive the profitability of our General Insurance and Finance products. You will be responsible for outbound and inbound telesales efforts, maximising every opportunity to increase product penetration.
- FCA & GDPR Compliance: Act as the department's "Compliance Champion." You will ensure every call and transaction meets strict FCA guidelines and GDPR requirements using ITC Apex software.
- Quality Assurance: Audit and approve transactions at the point of sale. You are responsible for ensuring that all financial disclosures are accurate, ethical, and fully documented.
- Performance Strategy: Achieve and exceed monthly income targets set by the Group. You will constantly analyse sales data to identify gaps and maximise returns for the dealership.
- The Customer Experience: Maintain a top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). You will explain complex insurance products in plain English, ensuring customers feel confident and protected.
Who You Are
- We are looking for a candidate who is part Sales Powerhouse and part Regulatory Expert.
- Sales Pedigree: Proven track record in a high-volume telesales or F&I environment.
- Compliance Knowledge: An understanding of FCA regulations, TCF (Treating Customers Fairly), and GDPR. OR at least an appetite to learn this!
- Communication: Exceptional phone manner with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with ITC Apex or similar compliance/CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Resilience, desire to smash targets in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
