Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: Leek Road Hanley, Holdcroft Head Office

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Working from our Head Office, you will support the sales teams by managing all vehicle documentation.
  • Being adept in the use of Keyloop to maintain stock records, vehicle pricing, handling invoices, stock management and ensuring all finance figures are accurate.
  • Your attention to detail and capability of managing a varied workload in a fast paced environment will be the drivers of your success at the Holdcroft Group.
  • Bringing previous experience of Kerridge or similar systems would be beneficial in the role.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Previous experience of working within a similar role is desirable.
  • IT and computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of the business.
  • Knowledge of Keyloop would be an advantage however not essential.
  • High attention to detail and well organised.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
