Location: Nissan, Hanley
Salary: Β£12.71 per hour plus bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am β 2:30pm
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
Holdcroft is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Parts Department at our Hanley site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.
You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts warehouse, supporting the wider business through accurate stock management, goods handling, and timely distribution of parts.
Your Role
Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries
Pick, pack, and prepare parts for dispatch
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control
Organise and manage warehouse storage areas efficiently
Support internal departments with parts requests and deliveries
Carry out regular stock checks and cycle counts
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

About You
Previous warehouse or stores experience is essential
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable handling stock and completing manual tasks
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic IT skills for stock management systems
Automotive industry knowledge would be an advantage
Full UK driving licence is required
