Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SMART Repair Technician to join Holdcroft Motor Group in Hanley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and delivering exceptional workmanship.

Your Role

  • Carry out SMART repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Strip and refit vehicle components safely and efficiently
  • Complete panel repairs on damaged vehicles
  • Prepare vehicles for paintwork
  • Paint and polish repaired panels to a high-quality finish
  • Carry out alloy wheel refurbishments
  • Inspect completed work to ensure excellent quality and finish
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed on time

About You

  • Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician
  • Experience stripping and refitting vehicle components
  • Skilled in panel repairs, vehicle preparation, painting and polishing
  • Experience carrying out SMART repairs and alloy wheel refurbishments
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
