Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded and results-focused individual to join the expanding marketing team at Holdcroft. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our ongoing digital transformation and contribute directly to the performance and optimisation of marketing activity across the group. You will bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with a strong interest in data-led decision making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, analysing, and interpreting marketing data to support campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Overseeing data collection, processing, and analysis across marketing activities.
  • Handling all data requests for marketing campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Developing and improving efficient data processes and workflows.
  • Cleaning and maintaining high-quality data in collaboration with wider teams.
  • Managing data collection projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Conducting regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensuring full data compliance across the group, including GDPR, advertising standards, financial compliance, manufacturer requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Carrying out in-depth analysis and producing clear, actionable reports.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.
  • Supporting compliance across Holdcroft and all partner brands.

Additional Information
