About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team at our Renault Solihull site. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving organisation where your expertise will be valued, developed, and rewarded.
You will play a key role in supporting the technical team by carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard, in line with manufacturer specifications. Your role:
- Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety
- Liaise confidently with customers regarding technical issues when required
- Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines

About You:
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Experienced working within a workshop environment
- Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work
- MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets
