Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a driven and ambitious automotive professional ready to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity for a successful Sales Executive who consistently delivers results and is now looking to progress into a Sales Controller position within a supportive and high-performing environment. If you’re already operating at the top of your game, influencing deals, supporting colleagues, and showing leadership potential, this role will give you the platform to step up and develop into a future leader.
As a Sales Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Managers in driving performance, maximising profitability, and maintaining exceptional customer standards. You’ll lead from the front, still actively involved in deals, mentoring and guiding the wider sales team to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department
- Assisting in structuring and closing deals
- Leading by example with your own sales performance and customer service standards
- Coaching and developing Sales Executives to improve individual and team results
- Ensuring all processes are followed to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Monitoring performance and contributing to achieving site targets
- Is a high-performing Sales Executive with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
- Is ready to take the next step into a leadership role and develop their management skills
- Demonstrates natural leadership qualities and enjoys supporting and motivating others
- Has strong commercial awareness and experience in deal structuring
- Is highly organised, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence
