We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the brands you represent. You will be responsible for conceptualising, implementing, and optimising multi-channel initiatives that drive engagement and ROI. The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative storyteller and a meticulous data analyst—capable of working with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact results on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid social, website, email, SEO, etc.
  • Project Orchestration: Act as the central hub between marketing, sales, manufacturers, and external teams and suppliers.
  • Performance Optimisation: Working with leads of different areas of the team, continuously monitor real-time data to adjust tactics, perform A/B testing on creative elements, and pivot strategies based on performance trends.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign spend, ensuring efficient resource allocation and a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Reporting & Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders, highlighting wins, losses, and future recommendations.
