Whether you're leaving school or looking for a fresh start, the Holdcroft Academy is looking for its next generation of Service Advisors.
No previous automotive experience is needed—just a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Get
✅ £8.00 per hour for the first 12 months of your apprenticeship, with excellent opportunities to progress and increase your earnings upon successful completion

What You'll Learn
Delivering outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the telephone
Booking vehicle services, repairs and MOTs
Supporting customers throughout their vehicle journey
Using dealership management systems
Parts identification, ordering and stock management
Working closely with technicians and the wider dealership team
Building the skills needed for a successful career in the motor industry
What We're Looking For
✅ GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
✅ Friendly, professional and organised
✅ Confident communicator with good IT skills
✅ Passionate about customer service
✅ Keen to learn and develop
✅ A full UK driving licence is an advantage (or a willingness to obtain one when eligible)

We understand that moving from education into the workplace is a big step. That's why every Holdcroft Academy apprentice receives support from both a dedicated apprenticeship coach and an experienced dealership mentor throughout the programme.
Training is delivered within our dealerships, giving apprentices real-world experience in a safe, professional environment while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship—all without the need to travel to an external college.
